Church Boards – Treasurer
1. The church is responsible for making the payment for all students who show financial need per convention ONLINE through the website. This can be done using the church credit card or a servant of the church. If a servant of the church pays, the church is responsible for reimbursing that servant.
2. The church is financially responsible for their servants. A servant should not also have a financial burden in addition to their responsibility of service. The church can pay for the servant using the church credit card or reimburse the servant once the servant has paid online.
3. Must ensure that ALL servants are paid for.
4. Each church is to be responsible for the transportation of their students unless otherwise noted.
